Customer Relations Specialist

Our local office is looking for a new Customer Relations Specialist. Our customers love us! We have over 60% repeat/referral customer base and are seeking additional office support for our growing business. Handyman Connection is a locally owned and operated, well established Home Improvement Company serving Charleston with excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

  • Strong telephone and written communication skills
  • Dedication to excellent customer service
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic is a must
  • Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people
  • Assist with staff scheduling
  • Work closely with the Owner/Operator in order to best serve clients.
  • Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling a plus
  • Experience working in a Customer Service Role or Telemarketing Role preferred
